When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, the website form, or in person, we collect: your name, phone number, device model, and a description of the issue. If you leave your device for repair, we also record an IMEI or serial number to track the job.

We use this information only to: respond to your enquiry, provide a repair quote, complete the repair, and contact you about warranty or follow-up. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Data on Your Device
Whenever possible we ask you to back up your data before drop-off. For repairs we cannot complete without unlocking the device, we will request your passcode and only use it for repair verification. Data is not copied, viewed, or shared. After repair we recommend you change your passcode if it was shared.
